Job Description
Under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager or Assistant Director oversees a defined logistical area in inventory control, replenishment and cycle counts to establish a coordinated lean supply support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of the clinical areas within OSUWMC.
Stocks and manages supply inventory levels in supply chain areas. Maintains adequate storeroom stock. Stages and manages inventory receiving for large facilities projects. Conducts routine audits of inventory data and stocking. Provides support and data to correct and facilitate the processing of match exceptions. Develops queries that allow leadership to make data driven decisions regarding inventory and staffing levels. Supports managers in assembling purchase history information to solve complex supply related problems. Manages and facilitates back order management by contacting vendors. Performs equipment asset management. Updates and maintains the two bin Kanban system.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 2 years of inventory management experience.
Additional Information:Hiring for Second and Third Shift
- Second Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
- Third Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
