Batch Plant Operator - Now Hiring

• Operate and monitor batching equipment to ensure accurate and timely production.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to maintain safe, reliable operations.
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures.
• Complete production records and communicate operational updates to the team.

• Ability to operate or learn plant production systems and controls.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety.
• Capability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfort working in fast-paced conditions with changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to equipment, technology, and process needs.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Successful candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $22.00-25.00 per hour
