Quality Control

We need a reliable Quality Control person for our shop. You'll be the last line of defense for all manufactured products before they ship out to customers. This position is full time with a Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm schedule. We need someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

If you have prior experience in QC, that is a massive bonus.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manually inspecting incoming materials to ensure they meet the specifications required for manufacturing
• Reviewing fully completed products prior to them being packaged and shipped to the customer
• Using a wide variety of hand tools such as digital calipers, thickness gauges, measuring tape
• Setting up and operating quality inspection machinery
• Connecting products to scanners to locate any potential defects 
• Submitting and organizing reports on production errors and outgoing orders
• Reporting directly to the quality lead and working directly with your team to meet strict manufacturing deadlines
• Reading and interpreting complex written instruction

What We're Looking For:

• A strong emphasis on detail 
• Computer skills and the willingness to learn our software
• You must have reliable transportation to work
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Comfortable lifting 50 pounds throughout the work day

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay rate from $22 - $25/hour based on experience
• Work schedule from 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday (no weekend work is required)
