About this job
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on designing, building, testing, and deploying software applications.
- Follow and improve development, testing, and deployment best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support internal customers by answering technical questions or helping troubleshoot issues.
- Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- Understand. Create. Simplify.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least one year of technical coursework completed.
- Able to work part‑time during the academic year and full‑time during the summer.
- Collaborates in a team environment.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Excellent writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
- Experience with web application development and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with relation databases, restful api, modern web application technologies.
- Experience with version control, IDEs, testing frameworks.
- Familiarities with technologies we use is a plus.
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
- Negative drug test result(s).

Pay Range Data
($19.50 - $32.50 per hour)* Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role (the work you would be doing) and your year in school (when you plan to graduate). Talk to your recruiter if you are curious about the rate for your year in school.
