J & J Excavating and Trucking, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Working Foreman in Corvallis, MT. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating excavation projects, as well as leading a team of dedicated workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate excavation projects from start to finish

• Lead a team of workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

• Manage project timelines and budgets

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in excavation and trucking

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
