Parts Sales / Account Manager

Overview

The Parts Specialist supports customers and internal teams by processing sales orders, identifying correct parts for concrete equipment, and ensuring accurate, timely data entry. This role blends customer service, technical understanding, and strong organizational skills while upholding our culture of Respect, Responsibility, Teamwork, and Doing What’s Right.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with identifying parts for concrete pumps, mixers, batch plants, and related equipment
• Provide pricing, availability, and quotes while supporting the sales team in closing orders
• Accurately enter sales orders, purchase orders, and returns into the ERP system
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and pricing to ensure error‐free order processing
• Communicate order status, backorders, and lead times to customers and internal teams
• Coordinate with vendors to source parts and maintain competitive pricing
• Support inventory checks and basic parts organization as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in parts sales, equipment support, or order processing
• Familiarity with concrete equipment or heavy machinery preferred
• Strong data‐entry accuracy and comfort with ERP or inventory systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read parts diagrams or equipment manuals
