Self-Storage Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Self-Storage Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing great customer service, and keeping a property running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with rentals, move-ins, and move-outs
• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
• Process rent payments and maintain tenant records
• Monitor unit availability and occupancy
• Perform routine property inspections for cleanliness and security
• Coordinate basic maintenance and report issues as needed
• Enforce facility policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Customer service or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk the property and perform light lifting

Pay: $17.50 – $19.00 per hour
Perks: Quarterly bonuses based on move-ins

REQUIREMENT: Must be able to work Saturdays
