About this job
Become a vital part of a Tucson, AZ hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment to support diagnostic care. Your role will contribute to timely, high-quality imaging services for patients in a hospital environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography or CT.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience performing CT procedures in an acute care hospital setting.
- Experience administering IV contrast and managing contrast reactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-slice CT scanners and advanced imaging protocols.
- Prior experience with PACS and electronic medical record systems preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0700-1930.
- Schedule pattern: 3x12.
- Expected hours per week: 36.
- Start: ASAP.
