Machine Operator Packer - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in aluminum manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator Packers to join their team. As a Machine Operator Packer, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and packing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Packer

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay: $17.60/hour

Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 3:00pm to 11:00pm with OT and some Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Perform packing and machine operating duties.
• Select proper materials for packing based on product specifications and requirements
• Prepare packaging materials to ensure efficient workflow
• Use electric pallet jacks to move boxed products safely and efficiently
• Monitor production machines and obtain first piece approval before completing lot runs

What's Needed?

• Prior machine operating and product packing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks safely and effectively
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently (in the and 50 lbs occasionally
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
• Judgment within standard methods and procedures
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies and safety standards
