About who needs care: Has a good mind. Coming out of rehab from fractured hip. Needs assistance in transferring, dressing, bathing. Sits at table for meals; sits at desk or table to read and write. Feeds the wild bird outside in wheelchair. Administer medication About the care needs: Want kind personality. Not too attentive-likes his independence. Skills required: transferring skills He has his routines. Keep to them. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
