Your New Role

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems throughout New Orleans, Louisiana and surrounding Northshore areas

• Perform preventative maintenance and system performance inspections

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and repair options

• Complete work in compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes

• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work environment

• Represent One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning with professionalism and integrity

• Participate in a rotating on-call and weekend schedule as required

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Universal EPA Certification preferred

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Availability for rotating on-call and weekend work

• Valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or GED
