Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for someone to come in on weekdays late morning to early afternoon to let two small dogs (12 lbs each) out mid-day, keep the house clean, and cook dinner. Would like to discuss how much time is needed per day on average. The only chore that has to happen daily is the dog walking. The rest can be flexible as long as the place is clean and there's food prepped (can be frozen).
