We’re Hiring NOW: (1) Event Sales Manager
Star Lanes Polaris | Full-Time Salaried Role
Locally & family owned. 13 years in business!
We sell corporate events, holiday parties, fundraisers, social celebrations, and community experiences. Many of our clients return year after year because relationships matter here!
Compensation:
• $50–55K Base (depending on experience)
• Monthly commission (annual total potential $15K++ and uncapped)
• Total Annual OTE (On Target Earnings): $65K-$70K++
• Health + life insurance

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has solid sales experience (required, 2+ years)
✔️ Is both numbers-driven and relationship-driven
✔️ Gets excited to get on the phone, meet face-to-face, and follow up consistently via e-mail
✔️ Is comfortable prospecting and building meaningful community connections
✔️ Ideally has CRM/Tripleseat + Microsoft 365 experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
✔️ Is looking for a longer-term role — we value commitment, growth, and people who want to build something with us⭐
