Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you’ll make an impact in this role** + Assist providers and nurses with patient treatments and clinical procedures while maintaining a sterile and organized examination environment. + Conduct patient interviews to document medical histories, chief complaints, and accurate vital signs within electronic health records (EHR). + Document real-time provider encounters, including the transcription of diagnoses, symptoms, prescriptions, and follow-up care instructions. + Process and track clinical orders for laboratory tests, radiology imaging, and medications as directed by the healthcare provider. + Manage essential front-office duties, including medical filing, phone triage, and the procurement of clinical supplies to ensure seamless clinic workflow. **What minimum requirements you’ll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Medical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Certified or Registered both accepted.
