What You Will Do:

Assist with execution of in-house and public events. Help ensure details related to each event are supported in an efficient and effective manner. Support manager with scheduling and preparation for; Golf, Summer Nights, Racing , Community, and Charity events Respond to inquiries from vendors and other stakeholders. Assist in the transport of materials to and from selected events.

This would be a great position for someone that is retired or looking for a second job, doesn't mind down time but also enjoys talking to people.

• Be highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Possess strong time management skills.
• Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally.
• Team oriented
• Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
• Be able to lift 50lbs
• Have a valid drivers license
