Restaurant Manager Looking To Grow

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
• Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
• Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
• Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• One year of management experience in a polished casual restaurant environment.
• Familiarity with sales volumes in excess of $4 million annually
• Some prior serving, bartending and supervisory experience preferred
• Passion and can-do mindset

Restaurant Manager Benefits

• A base salary of $60 to $65K commiserate with experience and strong bonus potential
