Provide high-quality support to clients regarding account questions, policy updates and service requests.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email and/or internal systems in a timely and professional manner.
Assist clients with account maintenance, documentation updates and general service needs.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing of requests.
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and streamline service processes.
1+ years of experience in customer service, client support and/or account management.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
