  • Provide high-quality support to clients regarding account questions, policy updates and service requests.

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email and/or internal systems in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist clients with account maintenance, documentation updates and general service needs.

  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing of requests.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and streamline service processes.

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, client support and/or account management.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
