Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Cardiovascular Technician Phoenix, AZ. This position involves supporting diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures under the supervision of a qualified physician. The role requires technical expertise in operating imaging equipment and providing patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; completion of a Cardiovascular Invasive program or equivalent experience; BLS certification; RCIS certification obtained through the Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist exam; two or more years of clinical experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory or similar setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree or additional related education and/or experience.
- Additional Information: Performs diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, monitors and records ECG and hemodynamic data, operates essential imaging and therapeutic equipment, maintains aseptic techniques, and adheres to safety standards. Works directly under the supervision of a physician; collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams; provides excellent patient care and service.
