Ensure final products meet HydraForce, customer quality and performance standards./ppustrongDuties and Responsibilities/strong/u/ppThe following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons./pp· Process parts or valves according to Test Control Plan/PCP/pp· Set up computer depending on the TCP with assistance from the lead/pp· Fill assembly orders from start to finish according to company quality standards/pp· Set up test machine with assistance/pp· Receive and verify parts for assembly process according to order/pp· Fill out daily or weekly worksheet as required by department/pp· Separate passed and failed valves/parts/pp· Prepare parts for next production step/pp· Work with other team members and leaders to problem solve/pp· Maintain a clean work environment/pp· Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations/pp· Use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and instructed/pp· Performs other duties as assigned by manager/pp· Can Assemble and Test within one given area or product line/pstrongQualifications:/strongpustrongQualifications and Experience/strong/u/pp· School diploma or equivalent/pp· Some manufacturing experience a plus/pp· Intermediate computer skills/pp· Knowledge of hand tools including air machine, wrench, and expander gun/pp· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English/pp· Must be able to meet quality and productivity standards/pp· Ability to stay on task for long periods of time/pp· Ability to multitask/pp· Good English written and communication skills/pp· Attendance and punctuality/pp· Ability to partner with another team member to complete tasks/pp· Attention to detail/pp· Ability to take initiative/ppustrongPhysical Requirements/strong/u/ppWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:/pp· Standing for long periods of time and repetitive lifting/pp· Ability to lift 15-50 lbs. repetitively/pp· Work with small parts/pp· Must be able to stand for long periods of time/pp· Ability to operate hand tools including air machine, wrench, and expander gun/ppustrongWork Environment/strong/u/pp· Majority of the work time is spent in a manufacturing environment where temperatures are often warm or cool, depending upon the season, and noise level can be moderate to high/pp· PPE required as determined by company safety standards: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes/pp· Exposure to oil and Loctite/pstrongAdditional Information:/strongpstrongSalary and Benefits/strong/ppThe hourly range is $17/hour - $19/hr.
