Providing excellent caregivers to our clients is one of our greatest assets./p pstrongAs an independent contractor, you may appreciate:/strong/p ul style="list-style-type: initial;" liAbility to negotiate your pay based on care being provided.nbsp; Our suggested rate based on market research is $18.00 per hour (hourly) and $180.00 per day (live-in)./li liChoose your schedule based on your own lifestyle and preferences./li liChoose your clients: We let you know upfront what care a client is going to need./li /ul pstrongWe are currently looking for caregivers to provide services to clients in and between the following areas (including but not limited to):/strong/p pstrongChester County:/strongnbsp;West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Landenberg, and more!nbsp;/p pstrongLancaster County:nbsp;/strongGap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, Peach Bottom, and more!nbsp;/p pnbsp;/p pstrongCaregiver Requirements:/strong/p p2 or more years of experience with caregiving/p pA driverrsquo;s license and a reliable vehicle fornbsp;hourlynbsp;caregivers; a State ID for live-in caregivers/p pCar insurance/p pCriminal background check and child abuse clearance/p pTB test or chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test/p
