We have openings for strongTechnicians in Phoenix, AZ/strong/p pWe are open to strongENTRY LEVEL candidates/strong and will provide on-the-job training or strongTechnician II or Technician III level /strongwith some DAS experience./p pstrongJOB DESCRIPTION/strong/p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liFollow the direction of Field Manager/ Lead Tech./li liPart of Install team stringing coax and fiber cable./li liInstall Antennas and Equipment as directed./li liTransporting materials./li liAttending Apprentice Classes (where applicable)./li liOccasional site walk data collection for small venues, retail stores./li liDocumentation of site walks for use in bidding process./li liCompetent at pulling both Coax and Fiber./li liProficient at Coax Cable Termination./li liFamiliarity with Fusion splicing and fiber optic testing practices./li liBasic computer skills./li liBasic understanding of cable sweep test equipment and processes./li liUnderstand frequency band, Protocols and terminology./li liCompetent at collecting information for closeout package./li liAbility to lead and direct Technicians and Apprentices in all aspects of DAS installation./li liAble to manage daily installation quality and schedule./li liAbility to conduct Site walk for small venues, retail stores./li liDocumentation of site walks for future bidding./li liAble to accept direction, but also able to make good decisions when left to work un-supervised./li liProficient with PIM Sweep Testing of both Coax Fiber./li liCompetent at operation and understanding of all functions of Anritsu Site Master, test equipment./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liHigh School Diploma or GED./li liClean driving record./li liMust pass a background check./li liPhysical ability to: carry tools, materials, ladders; climb ladders, lift up to 50lb as-needed, and perform daily required tasks./li /ul pPay will be commensurate with experience. $21--$30hr/p /div divdiva href="https://apply.hrmdirect.com/resumedirect/ApplyOnline/Apply.aspx?req_id=3654045source=3654045-CJB-0"START YOUR APPLICATION/a/divdiv/div/div /div div/div div/divdiv br /a href="http://www.cts1.com/"Visit Our Home Page/a /divp© 2026 Communication Technology Services (CTS)/p p a href="https://www.clearcompany.com" iApplicant Tracking System Powered by/i  /a /p /div
