Tacoma Custom Apparel Production Specialist

pWe are a locally family run business that focuses on Custom apparel, from workwear to teamwear to fanwear. We embroider, print, sublimate etc. /p pbr/p pWe are highly focused on client service while driving new business. In a production environment, efficiency, low error rate and hustle are what make the business successful. /p pbr/p pWe are looking for a person that can join our team on a part time basis and grow with the company. Hours needed are mainly for weekday mornings to afternoons but can vary depending on production and orders. /p pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"RESPONSIBILITIES would include but not be limited to:/span/p ul liEnsuring high quality of work production with minimal mistakes and on time order fulfillment. /li liWeeding vinyl/li liheat pressing/li liAbility to learn and use commercial embroidery machines along with cutters and plotters./li liSewing custom patches and name bars. /li liMaintaining personal and shop productivity goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.br/li liAbility to learn, maintain and share expertise of production, apparel, styles in industry and trends./li /ul ul liContributes to a positive, productive and passionate work environment every shift.br/li /ul pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"QUALIFICATIONS/span/p ul liSewing or Embroidery experience is definitely a plus/li liDetail oriented to ensure placement and production standards of quality is a must.br/li /ul ul liMust be able to lift at least 50 pounds./li liDisciplined and focused on quality of production results and operational excellence in processes./li liMust be proactive and Initiate completion of tasks and team/group order fulfillment without constant supervisionbr/li liComputer skills necessary./li liMust have good communication skills. Must be willing to ask questions and learn from the answers./li liBe willing and able to receive feedback and instructions to ensure quality end results/li /ul
