A commitment to following management direction and executing client initiatives is essential./ppRequirements/ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pulliDisplay, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environments./liliTrain and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practices./liliEngage with customers and provide assistance as needed./liliWork across multiple store locations when required./liliCollaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operations./liliMaintain regular communication with the Team Lead and promptly report any special requests or needs./li/ulpbr//ppstrongEssential Duties:/strong/pulliReliable transportation with a clean driving record./liliAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions./liliSaturday work is required as part of the role.
