Commercial Electrical Foreman - Full-time

Descripción general: p style="margin: 0px;"As a Commerical Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and running crews involved in the installation or repair of electrical systems, or may be the primary jobsite supervisor on smaller construction. The ideal candidates have previous Foreman experience, a solid employment track record, and demonstrate integrity and reliability. We are looking for career-minded candidates who are willing to learn and grow with the company./p Calificaciones: ulliHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree/liliValid Drivers License/liliAbility to multitask while staying organized/liliStrong verbal and written communications skills/liliPositive customer service skills/liliExperience in crew leading and or acting as foreman on new ground-up construction projects./liliExperience in lighting a plus!/li/ulp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongAs an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. #ind/strong/p Responsabilidades: ulliBe responsible for all FSG Electric field trades on an electrical construction crew or project./liliDo a working estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager./liliLays out work for subordinate lead persons, and is jointly responsible with the Project Manager for having material, tools, equipment, information, and appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion./liliEstablishes work schedules and man-loading charts./liliDirects subordinate crew in installation of electrical feeders; equipment such as pumps, motors, and generators; control and distribution apparatus such as switch gear, relays, and circuit breaker panels; lighting fixtures and outlets; and related connections and terminations./liliMonitors work as performed, directs subordinate crews, and schedules work according to the pace of the job and other trades./liliMay perform work being supervised for either production or instruction./liliHandles or oversees the disposition of required office correspondence and administrative paperwork such as official forms, daily reports, time sheets/tickets, safety reports, etc./liliIs responsible for crew or project safety performance. Assures employees are properly trained or instructed in the performance of duties to which assigned. Assures compliance with all FSG Electric safety processes and protocols.
