IIM BPO Production Technician - Full-time

Overview: pKonica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for anstrong IIM Production Technician!/strong/pp /ppThe IIM strongProduction Technician /strongis responsible for accurate preparation, batching and scanning of client documents./p Responsibilities: pIf performing document preparation, the following duties apply:/pulliLog in and out of the Box Tracking System./liliRemove all staples, clips, post it notes, etc. from documents to be processed./liliRepair any torn documents with tape./liliAccurately and legibly copy info from folders./liliDetermine if a document needs copying (e.g. severely wrinkled or torn beyond repair)./liliInsert a separator sheet and/or copy in the correct place./liliDetermine the document type and then which separator sheet group it falls under; some jobs have multiple document types and use multiple separator sheets within a folder, so the process of determining what goes where must be performed several times within one folder./liliKeep all documents in the exact order as received./liliBe sure all documents are facing front and right side up./liliCheck lists against files in the box./lilivKeep track of the hours spent on each job for weekly billing sheets./liliReassembly./liliRemove separator sheets after documents have been scanned and staple or clip back together in their original order; also put back any plastic binding that was removed in the preparation process and return it to its original order./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ulp /ppstrongIf creating batches and conducting scanning of documents, the following duties apply:/strong/pulliLog in and out of the Box Tracking System./liliChoose the batch class and create a batch (if scanned under a wrong batch class, the job must be deleted and rescanned)./liliCreate a profile for each batch class./liliLog each batch completed onto the billing sheet with a record count./liliEnsure the correct DPI for each batch class is used./liliScan as duplex unless otherwise indicated on the billing sheet./liliInitial each box when completed for quality control purposes./liliThe billing sheet must be filled out correctly./liliWatch the monitor as papers are going through the scanner./liliAfter the batch is scanned, check each page on the monitor and make adjustments for pages that are crooked, have folds in them, or are not clear and rescan the page (pages should look exactly like the original hard copy)./liliIf a double feed is experienced, stop scanning, replace the page, and insert the second page./liliAfter each batch is completed, fill out the billing sheet./liliResponsible for cleaning any assigned scanners (glass, rollers, loose papers, etc.)./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ul Qualifications: ulliRequires the ability to read and write basic English./liliAbility to retain and accurately follow detailed verbal and/or written instructions./liliAbility to operate a copy machine, as assigned./li/ul About Us: pspan data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"Konica Minolta Business Solutions' (Konica Minolta) journey started more than 150 years ago, with a vision to see and do things differently.
