Ready to bring your best?/span/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pulliMust be able to run all packer machines, and robots in a safe, sanitary, and efficient manner.                          /liliMust check machines and make necessary adjustments to keep machines running efficiently, including but not limited to labelers, coders, lidder detectors, box makers, glue pots, etc.                                                    /liliMust be able to change over all packers and robots to different sizes, and labels in a safe, efficient and sanitary manner.                                                                                                                               /liliMust be able to clean and sanitize, all packers and robots in a safe and sanitary manner.                                  /liliPacker is responsible for correct codes, cup and lids, and  correct fill to orders.                                                   /liliMust be able to assist other operators during shift.                                                                                                      /liliMust be able to correctly count all products packed.                                                                                                  /liliPacker is responsible for all paperwork to be complete and turned in daily to supervision.                /liliWork area and machines must be kept clean and sanitary at all times.                    /liliMust report all lost or damaged product.                                                                                                                      /li/ululliMust communicate via radio with filler, warehouse, foreman, and supervision during shift to insure minimal down time.                                                                                               /liliMust be able to input information into ASC Trac.                                                                                                       /liliAll jobs must be completed as required by Federal, State and Saputo Food Standards/liliEmployee must follow all Safety and Regulatory Policy’s/liliAll Other Duties as assigned by supervisors or managers                               /li/ulp/ppuKey Attributes /u/pulliMust possess strong work character and ability to lead others in the organization to protect the quality of our products and to ensure food safety standards are met./liliBe a champion for product quality and food safety – this includes ensuring GMP’s and Sanitation requirements are strictly adhered to./liliMust possess a strong work ethic and passion for quality control process and procedures./liliMust be self-motivated and self-directed to support complex operations./liliCritical thinking and ability to analyze data and situations is a must. This involves being detail oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy and organization./li/ulp/ppuPhysical Demands /u/pulliAbility to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment throughout the shift./liliWorking with chemicals, wearing personal protective equipment and following approved chemical handling procedures./liliPhysical lifting up to 40-lbs intermittently throughout shift without assistance, 50-lbs with assistance./liliShift flexibility. This is a support role for a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Shifts can either be days, swing or night shift and may include working weekends.
