The RN is primarily responsible for triage and surgical patient education in the clinic./ppfont face="Times New Roman"font face="Times New Roman"This position focuses on health care for individuals, families, groups, communities and populations which occurs in primary and specialty care outpatient clinics. Addresses in partnership and collaboration with other health care professionals the patient#39;s wellness, acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end -of-life needs. Responsible for patient advocacy, coordination of nursing and other health services, implementation of nursing services and continuity of care.
