This position will be responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure all guest request deliveries are provided in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the company’s expected high quality standards and Hospitality with Heart philosophy. The ibHouseperson Guest Delivery Runner /b/iwill be responsible for the organization, maintenance and cleanliness of storage areas. This associate will adhere to the company’s safety program and maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), including the new Global Harmonized System for chemicals (GHS), regulations./ppbr /bHow You#39;ll Make an Impact:/b/pullipDeliver items to guest suites in a timely and courteous manner, following the company’s protocols./p/lilipPerform and maintain inventories of guest amenities as required. Stocks and/or restocks supplies’ storages as needed./p/lilipMaintain positive customer and associate relationships: Respond appropriately to guest and associate inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
