pstrongWhat We Are Looking For:/strongbr /We are seeking a strongCommunity Manager/strong to oversee the operations and management of our conventional apartment community at strongBrook Creek /stronginstrong Glendale AZ/strong. As the Community Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction, apartment maintenance, marketing and financial performance for this conventional property./p
pThis is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour /p
pstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/p
ul
liOversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family apartment community, ensuring the property remains a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all residents./li
liLead, mentor, and supervise on-site apartment staff, providing guidance on customer service, leasing, and resident relations to ensure the apartment community operates smoothly./li
liManage the leasing process for the community, including marketing available units, conducting tours, processing applications, and executing leases for new residents./li
liEnsure the financial performance by creating and maintaining budgets, preparing monthly financial reports, and monitoring expenditures./li
liConduct regular inspections (interior and exterior) to ensure the community is well-maintained and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards./li
liAdminister resident programs and services, focusing on building a strong apartment community and maintaining high resident satisfaction./li
liOversee renovations, including interior and exterior updates, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget./li
liEnsure compliance with housing regulations/li
liHandle resident concerns and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues quickly and fairly./li
liPrepare and submit annual operating budgets and conduct quarterly budget reviews./li
liMaintain records for all resident transactions, including move-ins, move-outs, rent collections, and renewals./li
liFoster a team-oriented environment, working closely with corporate leadership and staff to achieve community goals for the complex./li
liAbility to drive for business purposes to include, bank deposits, community supplies, competitive analysis of neighboring communities, and other duties as assigned./li

pstrongWho You Are: /strong(Requirements of the Position)/p
ul
liYou have 2-3 years of experience in property management, specifically in managing luxury / conventional apartment communities./li
liYou have hands-on experience in overseeing the daily operations of a multi-family apartment community, with strong leadership skills./li
liYou have a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections specific to apartment communities./li
liYou are proficient with property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI, particularly in managing apartment records and financials./li
liYou have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with residents, staff, and vendors./li
liYou possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing operations./li
liYou are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and fostering a positive community for residents./li
liYou are physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds./li
liYou have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance./li
