divdivpbr/pp id="isPasted"strongPanning Utility Operatornbsp;/strong/ppnbsp;/ppstrongPurpose of the Position/strong/ppThis position is responsible for supporting and backing up operators in the panning process in accordance with operational manuals and quality criteria.nbsp;/ppnbsp;/ppstrongResponsibilities amp; Essential Functions/strong/pulliProduces the required quantity of batched recipes within established specifications and tolerances and according to production plan.nbsp;/liliInspects dry ingredient materials and other raw materials, as well as in process materials as necessary ensuring compliance with function, quality, and recipe specifications./liliMaintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected/discarded materials./liliPerform pre-operational equipment, preventative maintenance tasks, and process inspections./liliPerform quality and sanitation functions per Quality Program and Master Sanitation Schedule./liliReport maintenance and quality opportunities with shift supervisors and/or managers./liliInterface with plant ERP system to assure inventory control, lot traceability, and tracking./liliMaintains a clean, safe, orderly work area./li/ulpstrongnbsp;/strong/ppstrongPanning Utility Operator Specific Tasks amp; Responsibilities/strong/pulliResponsible for bringing out clean trays for usage/liliAccurately place product on trays amp; manually level out product evenly and consistently/liliPlace tray on overhead trolley system amp; once filled push trolley into the freezer/liliResponsible for housekeeping of the panning machine(s), and plant area. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time as well as use hands or fingers to reach or handle, and to reach with hands and arms. All vision abilities are required to encompass close-up work.
