This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn how effective training is designed, built, and delivered in a real business environment./ppYou’ll collaborate with experienced instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to help create engaging learning experiences—ranging from eLearning and videos to job aids and facilitator materials. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning, design, and helping others succeed./ph2What You’ll Do/h2pAs an Instructional Designer Intern, you will:/pulliAssist with the design and development of eLearning modules, microlearning, and training materials/liliHelp organize and structure content based on learning objectives and audience needs/liliSupport storyboard creation, content outlines, and script development/liliEdit and update existing training materials (slides, job aids, guides, etc.)/liliLearn and apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices/liliCollaborate with team members during brainstorming, reviews, and project meetings/liliHelp with basic multimedia tasks such as slide design, simple graphics, or video support/liliParticipate in feedback cycles and revisions to improve learning effectiveness/li/ulh2What You’ll Learn/h2pBy the end of the internship, you’ll gain experience in:/pulliThe end-to-end instructional design process (from discovery to delivery)/liliWorking with stakeholders and subject matter experts/liliUsing instructional design tools and templates/liliApplying adult learning theory in a corporate setting/liliCreating content that balances creativity, clarity, and business needs/li/ulh2What We’re Looking For/h2h3Required Qualifications/h3ulliCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Instructional Design, Learning Development, Education, Communications, Psychology, or a related field/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliAttention to detail and willingness to learn/liliBasic familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliExposure to eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, iSpring, etc.)/liliFamiliarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or basic graphic design/liliInterest in video, animation, or multimedia learning/liliUnderstanding of adult learning principles or ADDIE/5D models/li/ulh2What We Offer/h2ulliHands-on experience with real learning projects/liliMentorship from experienced instructional designers/liliA supportive, collaborative learning environment/liliExposure to corporate Learning Development work/liliPotential portfolio-ready work (where appropriate)/li/ulh2How to Apply/h2pPlease submit your resume and a brief statement explaining your interest in instructional design and this internship.
