People are at the heart of every connection we build, and together we can accomplish anything./p p /p p strongWhat You’ll be Doing:/strong/p ul liDemonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers/li liAssist customers with request in store and over the phone/li liOpen and close the store/li liDirect workflow on the sales floor/li liGreet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner/li liAlways maintain store organization and cleanliness/li liComplete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receipts/li liMaintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed/li liPerform other duties as assigned by the Manager/li /ul h1What You’ll Need:/h1 ul li1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred/li liSales and supervising experience preferred/li liWilling to work nights and weekends/li liExcellent Customer Service/li liExcellent verbal communication skills/li liBasic math skills/li liHigh attention to detail/li liDemonstrated sales skills and experience/li liAbility to maintain a professional appearance/li liMust be able to climb a ladder/li liMust be able to lift 25 pounds/li liMust be able to stand for long periods of time/li liBi-Lingual a plus/li /ul pstrong /strong/p pstrong Who We Are:/strong/p pWork World is the largest specialty retailer of workwear and work boots in the Western U.S. From humble beginnings in 1990, we now operate 30+ stores under the Work World, Shoeteria and Whistle Workwear brand names in California, Nevada, and Washington.
