The Chiropractor provides evidence-based care to promote an optimal patient experience. The Chiropractor treats patients with a variety of diagnoses, including both repetitive stress and athletic injuries. The Chiropractor works both individually and as part of the greater health care team to optimize patient outcomes and clinic performance metrics.h3/h3p style="text-align:inherit"/ppbbJob Responsibilities/b/b/pullipspanUtilizes advanced clinical reasoning and skills to evaluate and treat complex member cases/span/p/lilipspanDevelops and implements treatment plans that emphasize a progression towards active care, including exercise and rehabilitation /span/p/lilipspanCollaborates with the physical medicine rehab team (physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, fitness) and the comprehensive care team (primary care, nursing, behavioral health, health coaching, optometry) to optimize patient outcomes/span/p/lilipspanFollows Crossover clinical and regulatory standards and health care pathways/span/p/lilipspanAccurately document patient findings in shared electronic medical record/span/p/lilipspanIncorporates objective data in managing patient cases through administering and evaluating standardized functional outcome measures/span/p/lilipspanDevelops new programs, classes, and processes to optimize member-care experience as requested/span/p/lilipspanPerforms other duties as assigned/span/p/li/ulp/ppbbRequired Qualifications /b/b/pullipspanDoctorate of Chiropractic/span/p/lilipspanThree or more years of clinical chiropractic work experience /span/p/lilipspanCurrent license by the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners/span/p/lilipspanCurrent BLS ( Basic Life Support) certification/span/p/li/ulp/ppbbPreferred Qualifications/b/b/pullipspanMinimum of 3 years of clinical chiropractic work experience (orthopedic and/or sports therapy experience preferred)/span/p/lilipspanAdvanced clinical certification (ex: CCSP, Rehab Diplomate, etc.) preferred/span/p/lilipspanExceptional clinical and interpersonal skills/span/p/li/ulp/ppbbPhysical Job Requirements/b/b/pullipspanRequires standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time./span/p/lilipspanOccasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs./span/p/lilipspanManual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination/span/p/lilipspanIncludes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients./span/p/lilipspanRequires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members./span/p/li/ulh3/h3p/pThe base pay range for this position is $59.88 to $78 per hour. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience.
