This role supports multiple orthodontic offices by handling patient communications, appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and general administrative coordination in a structured, high-volume call center environment./p pThis is a non-exempt hourly position subject to applicable federal and New Jersey wage and hour laws./p pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities/strong/p pReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions./p ul liAnswer high-volume inbound calls in a professional and timely manner/li liSchedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments/li liRespond to billing, insurance, and general treatment inquiries/li liAccurately document all interactions in company systems/li liFollow established scripts, workflows, and compliance protocols/li liMaintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations/li liMeet attendance, punctuality, and performance standards/li liCollaborate with team members and supervisors/li liPerform additional duties as assigned based on business needs/li /ul pstrongQualifications/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent required/li liPrior call center or customer service experience preferred/li liStrong verbal communication skills/li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, structured environment/li liBasic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems/li liBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required/li liAvailability for rotating weekends as needed/li /ul pstrongWork Environment/strong/p ul liOn-site office environment in Englewood, NJ/li liHigh-call-volume setting/li liExtended periods of sitting and computer use/li liUse of headset and phone systems/li /ul pstrongPhysical Requirements/strong/p ul liAbility to sit for extended periods/li liAbility to speak clearly and hear via headset/li liAbility to use computer equipment for the duration of scheduled shift/li /ul pstrongCompensation/strong/p pStarting pay is $21.00 per hour plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
