You will interact with our customers on the sales floor; process sales, assist with product questions and help customers select the right products to meet their needs. /span/p pstrongspanWHAT YOU WILL DO/span/strong/p ul lispanGreet every customer in a prompt timely manner and alert and responsive to all customer needs. /span/li lispanAnswer customer’s inquiries to include questions on price, quality, fabric type, specifications, and usability of merchandise/span/li lispanUp-sell customers on other products, and recommends add on items to enhance the customer’s order /span/li lispanSet up advertising displays and folds and arranges merchandise to promote sales. /span/li lispanReplenish merchandise and participates in monitoring of floor stock to assure appropriate inventory is available for customers/span/li lispanCompletes necessary housekeeping to present a clean and orderly store at all times/span/li lispanFill out all paperwork correctly and efficiently /span/li lispanProvides information regarding contract specifications and products associated with contract/span/li lispanHandle irate customers in a professional courteous manner/span/li lispanAssist with answering product questions and providing information over the phone/span/li lispanCommunicates and works closely within and outside retail department to assure customer needs are met with 100% accuracy/span/li lispanAdhere to company mission, policies, procedures, and practices   /span/li /ul pstrongspanWHAT YOU WILL BRING/span/strong/p ul lispanHigh School diploma or GED/span/li lispanFriendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor /span/li lispanPrevious retail or customer service experience a plus.
