The CPS pillars include Environment Health and Safety, Autonomous Manufacturing Development AMD, Continuous Skills Development, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Lean Supply Chain, Early Management, Food Safety and Quality, and Zero Loss Analytics. The Continuous Improvement process is a cross-departmental approach to managing the plant to improve performance in safety, productivity, cost, quality, delivery, and engagement. brbrThe position requires proficient skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as an ability to learn proprietary ConAgra and Lamb Weston programs. The successful candidate must exhibit a willingness to learn, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exemplary personal character, and a positive historical work performance.
