Start your Voyage –/span /b/bspan class="emphasis-2"bbApply Now/b/b/span/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppbGetting to Know the Opportunity:/b/ppAssist the Operational Risk Management team with various projects and day to day tasks while meeting business partners across the firms and attending various risk meetings to develop a solid undertaking of risk management best practices at Voya and across the industry.  The individual will be provided opportunities to learn and interact with Risk team members as well as business partners across Voya IM. /pp/ppbThe Contributions You#39;ll Make:/b/pullipIncident Management Data Entry and Analysis/p/lilipAssist with compiling ad-hoc incident/Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reports and charts as requested by the business/p/lilipAssist with drafting reports and presentations for Operational Risk related reports/p/lilipRead through and understand the Operational Risk Management “ORM” Function/Team Overview and framework/p/lilipAttend regular or biweekly team meetings with key members of the Risk team to continue to learn about the Risk function and how we interact with the business (Investment risk, Analytics amp; Reporting etc.)/p/lilipAttend ORC Meetings as a guest and the Risk Bi-weekly meeting for learning amp; education opportunities./p/lilipAssist with updating IM BU Hierarchy incorporating recent organization announcements and operation model changes, if needed. /p/lilipAssist with review and revisions to internal procedures, templates, etc., if needed./p/lilipReview inventory of BlackRock (BR) issues/action items that haven been open and outstanding for years that are not being addressed by BR (work with DIG and ORM contact Laali Al-Ali)./p/lilipAssist with the analysis of ORM Risk Reviews completed over the years to determine risk areas that are due for review, leveraging the Atlas tool./p/lilipAssist with performing incident reconciliations between Webfocus and Archer./p/lilipConduct Operational Risk Industry Trends amp; Research/p/lilipAutomation and Transition of KRI Dashboards , Incident dashboards/p/lilipOther duties as assigned/p/li/ulp/ppbPreferred Knowledge amp; Experience:/b/pullipPursuing a bachelor degree in a related field/p/lilipFunctional knowledge on spaninvestments/financial/span markets/p/lilipStrong analytical, written and communication skills/p/lilipSelf-motivator and able to work with several individuals on risk team/p/lilipGood technical foundation on databases, programming languages/p/li/ulp#LI-MN1/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"span class="emphasis"bbCompensation Pay Disclosure:/b/b/span/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"spanVoya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities./span/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"spanThe below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed.
