This is a full-time position based in one of our clinics./p pstrongResponsibilities include but not limited to:/strong/p ul liEnsuring compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA and OSHA/li liDemonstrating clinical competency as an RN, including but not limited to: administering medications, setting up a sterile field, and sterilizing equipmentnbsp;/li liCommunicating effectively with other providers regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate carenbsp;/li liEffectively documenting clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately/li liEnsuring the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times/li liConsistently following policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes/li liIncreasing physician’s overall patient retention by providing the highest quality patient care and patient experience/li liCompleting other projects and/or duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by Clinical Leadership Members/li /ul pstrongRequired Qualifications:/strong/p ul liCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) licensenbsp;/li liCurrent ACLS certification/li liAvailability to work overtime/weekends as needed/li liPrioritize patient care and patient experience/li liAbility to succeed independently and as part of a team/li liAuthorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis/li /ul pstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/p ul liExperience working in a plastic surgery office is a big plus!/li liAbility to identify/solve problems and think outside of the box/li liMultitask effectively and be highly responsive to patients amp; team members/li /ul pstrongPhysical Demands:/strong/p ul liMust be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)/li liPush/pull/lift up to 50 pounds/li /ul pstrongBenefits/strong:nbsp;/p ul liInsurance: Competitive choices for health, dental and vision coverage; 1x base salary in life insurance, plus Short-Term and Long-Term Disability/li liRetirement Plan: 401(k) amp; Roth IRA/li liPaid Time Off: vacation and sick days, as well as company holidays/li /ul pstrongCompensation:/strong/p p$45-50/hr.em Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications./em/p pstrongPlease Note:/strongnbsp;This job posting is open to continuously attract and engage qualified candidates, as we are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team.
