The general purpose and function of the Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site./p p /p pstrongRESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ul liOversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal®. personnel assigned to his/her site)/li liEnsure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met/li liMaintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS/li liEnsure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift/li liPerform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)/li liMake recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision./li liRespond to client requests/li liMake emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders/li liProvide direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to the performance of their duties/li liDisciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel/li liMake productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management/li liMake recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders/li liMake recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel/li /ul pstrongQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):/strong/p ul liMust possess a high school diploma or equivalent/li liMust be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing/li liMust be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle/li liMust possess one or more of the following:/li ul liService in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard/li liService in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets/li liMinimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry/li liAssociate's degree or higher in any discipline/li /ul liBe at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)/li liBe able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors/li liDemonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public/li liEffective oral and written communication/li liProblem solving/li liActive listening/li liAssess and evaluate situations effectively; identify critical issues quickly and accurately/li liCompile, sort, and interpret data/li liResearch, investigate, compile information/li liMediate conflict with tact, diplomacy/li liWrite informatively, clearly, and accurately/li liTeamwork/li liAttention to detail/li /ul pstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):/strong/p ul liMeets basic qualifications for Custom Protection Officer/li /ul pstrongBENEFITS:/strong/p ul liHealth insurance and 401k plans /li liSchedules that fit with your personal life goals/li liOngoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities/li liEmployee discounts through our perks program to your favorite restaurants, entertainment venues and much more…/li /ul h2Closing/h2 pAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
