They would provide oversight and direction for a community based aquatic exercise program that may include running aquatic exercise groups, and a safe environment for members during scheduled individual community exercise blocks. This person should have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and be well organized, and be able to adapt to changes as needed. They should feel comfortable in the water, guiding and directing others in exercise programs as needed./span/span/spanf./span/p pnbsp;/p pspan style="font-size:14px;"ustrongQualifications:/strong/u/span/p pspan style="font-size:14px;"Education: High School Diploma or GED.
