Paint to specification in a professional manner. Assist other department members as needed./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivpbspanResponsibilities:/span/bbspan /span/bspan /span/p/divdivullipspanspanResponds to emergent calls promptly and courteously./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanPrep walls prior to painting/span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanAbility to properly select and measure quantity of material./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanMaintain/Repair/replace damage walls/floors in all patient rooms and common areas./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanAssist refinishing of hospital furniture./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanMaintain essential tools and equipment inventory./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanPaint frame walls, repair and install cove base./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanDemolish plaster walls and ceilings damaged by water and mildew in preparation for damage repair, leaving site clean and safe./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanRepair sheet rock and do plaster to damaged areas./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanDetermine supplies needed for work and maintain essential tools and equipment inventory and cleaning tools as needed./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivpbspanWhat you will need:/span/bspan /span/p/divdivpbspanRequired:/span/bspan /span/p/divdivullipspanspanHigh school graduate or equivalent, 4 years painter’s apprenticeship or 2 years on the job training experience in wall finishing and floor tile installation./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanAbility to read, write, speak, and comprehend English./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ul/divdivullipspanspanWeekend work and shift rotation may be required./span/spanspan /span/p/li/ulp/pp/ppbPay rate:/b $25.17 - $35.23/pp/ppPay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
