This role supports daily transloading activities—primarily handling lumber and other materials—through loading, unloading, material handling, housekeeping, and basic maintenance. Ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and safety standards./p/div/divdiv style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"bEssential Duties and Responsibilities/b/H2 /divdivp•Must maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance br•Follow written and verbal directions to complete assigned tasks on schedulebr•Read, write, and communicate in English amp; understand basic mathbr•Learn from directions, observations, and mistakes and apply procedures using good judgmentbr•Working knowledge of Watco Safety and Operating principles br•Complete all applicable documentation, recordkeeping and daily inventorybr•Must be able to bend, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds alone, twist, climb.
