pThe Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder that has been given the additional responsibilities as a Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts.  During those times, the Sales Lead will provide direction to Bear Builders, modeling Experience First® behaviors with a focus on achieving the store sales goals.
