You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, and shampooing carpets, in addition to maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.lt;brgt;lt;brgt; lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;lt;stronggt;Responsibilities lt;/stronggt;lt;/divgt;lt;ulgt; lt;ligt;Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the buildinglt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans dailylt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basislt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegeeslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is completelt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairslt;/ligt; lt;/ulgt;lt;divgt;lt;stronggt;Qualificationslt;/stronggt;lt;/divgt;lt;ulgt; lt;ligt;Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalentlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;At least 1 year of experience in janitorial serviceslt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksitelt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipmentlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Excellent stamina and physical healthlt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethiclt;/ligt; lt;/ulgt; lt;/divgt;
