We offer an exciting environment where you can carve your own path to success.nbsp;The QC Documentation Specialist will work with the Quality Control inspection department to create and submit First Article/ Dimensional Inspection reports to Semiconductor and Aerospace customers.nbsp;nbsp;/ppbr//ppemstrongShift: Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m./strong/em/ppbr//ppThis position is on-site (not hybrid/not remote) at our emstrongDallas, Oregon/strong/em facility and is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship.nbsp;/ppRequirements/ppstrongnbsp;nbsp;JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:nbsp;/strong/pulliPrepare, submit for approval and file First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) and Dimensional Inspection Report (DIR) documentationnbsp;/liliReview customer PO’s and PO’s to suppliers for requirements and Specification compliance/liliProvide FAIR/DIR approval to release product for shipment/liliEdit FAIR/DIR drawings with bubble numbers on all drawing requirements and featuresnbsp;/liliCreate FAIR/DIR spreadsheets for inspectors input/liliPhotograph product, packaging and labeling for FAIR documentation/liliWork with Customer Source Inspectors reviewing completed FAIR/DIR’s/liliSchedule Customer and Supplier Source Inspections/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpstrongJOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:nbsp;/strong/pulliAble to read mechanical drawings/blueprints for machined parts and assemblies/liliExperience with Visual IPI, DISCUS, or Net Inspect FAIR software/liliAssociate degree in English or Communications preferred./liliMinimum 2 years’ experience with manufacturing document control or First Article documentation preferred./liliProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel/li/ulpstrongPERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:nbsp;/strong/pulliSelf-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible / Detail Oriented/liliReliable and dependable/liliPositive customer focused attitude/liliEnjoys fast pace and rapidly changing environment/liliHonest with stellar integrity/liliProfessional demeanor and respectful to people in all situations/liliFlexible and willing to help others as needs and tasks change often/liliTeam player/liliExceptional attention to detail with excellent writing and communication skills in English.nbsp;/liliSelf-directed with the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities./li/ulpstrongnbsp;WORKING CONDITIONS:nbsp;/strong/pulliBend and lift up to 50 lbs.nbsp;/liliThe noise level in the work environment is usually low./liliMust be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.nbsp;/liliThe employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job, absent undue hardship.
