The regular schedule requires an average of 57 hours each week. An essential function of this position is the ability to work any shift, therefore, we cannot guarantee assignment to a particular shift. To support the 24/7 operation of the CCCECC, Public Safety Telecommunicators are expected to work nights, weekends, holidays, and all scheduled and unscheduled overtime. This position requires in person attendance. This schedule may be different during classroom and on-the-job training.
