The incumbent will possess a deep knowledge of teller, ATM, online, and mobile banking services; the ability to open new accounts, certificates, and IRAs, while maintaining expert knowledge on all credit union products to effectively present solutions to our members. Qualified candidates will be reliable, adaptable, sales and service oriented individuals who are adept at teamwork and able to use good judgment to satisfy members’ financial needs./ppbr//ppstrongDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:/strong/pulliEnsure Members are promptly and professionally served/liliActively educate and refer Members to resources available within the Credit Union/liliRefer products and services to our Members/liliProvide members with a one-stop experience in processing transactions and fulfilling their sales and service needs/liliRetain and deepen existing member relationships, and establish new relationships using a needs-based approach/liliPerform teller transactions at a high level, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan requests, among others/liliAssist with opening and closing duties for the branch/liliPromote, explain, and cross-sell credit union products and services, including checking accounts, debit amp; credit cards, electronic services, consumer loans and business accounts and services/li/ulpRequirements/ppstrongQUALIFICATIONS:/strong/pulli3 years of experience working in a similar or related setting in a Financial Institution/liliExceptional communication skills/liliApproachable and friendly/liliThrive in a fast-paced environment/liliAbility to perform basic math skills/liliCash handling experience is preferred/liliHigh school diploma is required/li/ulpbr//ppstrongBENEFITS/strong:/ppWe offer an attractive suite of benefits to full-time employees including: Health, Dental, Vision, a company Retirement Plan Contribution of up to 7% after the first year of employment.
