In addition, we were recently awarded the Great Place to Work® Certification for 2025/2026 — an honor granted to only the nation’s top employers that offer exceptional employee experiences./p pAs a Customer Service (Self Determination) Support Specialist or SDSS, you’ll work on a team to deliver great customer service, over the phone, to people self-directing their care as well as other stake holders./p pstrongTasks and Responsibilities/strong/p ul liMake and receive phone calls to support external and internal stakeholders/li liEnter information into databases, such as a call log, for effective record keeping/li liPrepare and send documents via DocuSign or email/li liEnsure the proper naming and saving of documents in the document management system/li liAssist customers in returning documents/li liManage DocuSign accounts and support issues from the operations staff and customers/li liEnsure all compliance standards are met for audit purposes/li liTimesheet reviewing and time tracking/li liAccurately and efficiently complete payroll checklists for assigned agencies/li liWork with your team leader to identify strategies for reducing errors/li liCollaborate with your team to resolve rejected timesheet issues/li /ul pstrongEDUCATION/strong/p ul liHigh School Diploma or GED required/li liAssociate degree preferred/li /ul pstrongWORK ENVIRONMENT/strong/p ul liWork is performed in a typical office (call center) setting.
