This is a Part-Time position that will work out of Beck Ranch, in Osteen. This position will be responsible manual labor to include cleaning brush from park grounds and roadside; blowing and sweeping walks; removing refuse and paper from grounds; cutting and trimming lawns, bushes and trees; and cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, pavilions and park facilities. The omission of specific duties does not exclude them from the position.)/embrul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;" id="isPasted"liOperates chainsaws and brush cutters in park maintenance, and grounds keeping, commercial mowers and landscape equipment./liliOperates vehicle mounted and portable spray equipment to spray vegetation.nbsp;/liliAssists with application, storage, mixing and loading of herbicides and insecticides.nbsp;/liliAssists in performing field maintenance and service work on equipment operated.nbsp;/liliAssists in performing in shop maintenance in a laboring capacity under supervision when equipment is in shop for repairs./liliOperates equipment (e.g. blowers, sweepers, commercial mowers, lawnmowers, edgers, pressure washers, etc.)/liliSweeps walkways and removes refuse and litter from park grounds. Cuts, trims, waters, and fertilizes lawn and bushes to maintain landscape appearance./liliLoads and unloads heavy material from trucks and vans. Moves equipment, materials and/or large and bulky objects./liliPerforms scheduled housekeeping duties throughout the park facility and area grounds, including pouring concrete to stabilize trash can poles and fence posts.
