liAnswer inbound calls and provide estimates/li
liRespond to ALL leads (portal, Yelp, email, text) within 24 hours/li
liSchedule walk-throughs and cleaning appointments/li
liFollow up with new and recurring clients to ensure satisfaction/li
liResolve client concerns professionally/li
liDocument all client communication accurately/li

liSchedule repeat and one-time cleanings/li
liMaintain schedules at least two weeks in advance/li
liCommunicate job details to cleaning teams/li
liManage Airbnb bookings/li
liMake confirmation and reminder calls/li
liMaintain daily team communication/li

liEnsure rate logs and add-ons are accurate/li
liReview and process invoices daily/li
liCharge cards on file and send invoices promptly/li
liReconcile discrepancies/li
liProtect company revenue through accurate documentation/li

liAssist with applicant screening and interview scheduling/li
liSupport onboarding paperwork and documentation/li
liMaintain employee records and performance tracking/li
