If you thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing customer care with operational precision, we’d love to meet you./p pbr/p pspan style="font-size: 24pt"Key Responsibilities/span/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"Client Experience Sales/span/p ul liAnswer inbound calls and provide estimates/li liRespond to ALL leads (portal, Yelp, email, text) within 24 hours/li liSchedule walk-throughs and cleaning appointments/li liFollow up with new and recurring clients to ensure satisfaction/li liResolve client concerns professionally/li liDocument all client communication accurately/li /ul pspan style="font-weight: bold"Scheduling Operations/span/p ul liSchedule repeat and one-time cleanings/li liMaintain schedules at least two weeks in advance/li liCommunicate job details to cleaning teams/li liManage Airbnb bookings/li liMake confirmation and reminder calls/li liMaintain daily team communication/li /ul pspan style="font-weight: bold"Billing Revenue Accuracy/span/p ul liEnsure rate logs and add-ons are accurate/li liReview and process invoices daily/li liCharge cards on file and send invoices promptly/li liReconcile discrepancies/li liProtect company revenue through accurate documentation/li /ul pspan style="font-weight: bold"HR Support/span/p ul liAssist with applicant screening and interview scheduling/li liSupport onboarding paperwork and documentation/li liMaintain employee records and performance tracking/li liAssist with recruiting ads and training coordination/li /ul pbr/p pspan style="font-size: 24pt"What We’re Looking For/span/p ul liHighly organized and detail-oriented/li liStrong communication skills/li liComfortable discussing pricing and closing sales/li liTech-savvy and able to manage multiple systems/li liSolution-focused and proactive/li liProfessional and dependable/li /ul pbr/p pspan style="font-size: 24pt"Performance Expectations/span/p pAfter training, this role is expected to generate a minimum of $20,000 per month in closed and scheduled sales.
